Wednesday ( Drive Volley & Smash )
First 05 Mins Mini Court G/S & Volleying
Next 25 Mins Drive Volleying & aggressive tactic

15 Mins Unforced Errors Singles / Points Practice

Thursday (Serves& Return of Serves)
First 10 Mins Service & Return warm up
Next 30 Mins Service and Return of Serve Practice on Rotation basis of both players
Next 20Mins Full court Singles Points Practice

Friday (Specific Stroke with Aggression)
On Fridays there will be a specific Stroke taken by a coach and will be dealt with Tactical / Strategically e.g how to open up court with G/S, what to do against net rusher, how to handle running shots or how and when to use drop shot, slice etc Also once in a month Cardio Tennis.( 60mins with Different Things)
Last 15 Mins Fitness Drills

Saturday(Set Practice/ Team / Fun Games)
This will develop team spirit and bonding amongst players, they will learn to develop the spirit of accepting Victories and Defeats.
2 hours and last 30 mins Fitness Drills

We might also have 3 or 5 Set match Practice once in a month and also there will be monthly Tournaments of Ace Tennis Academy rankings.

Overall thee will be difference in a6 weeks time and you will see great results in coming years, the time will show.

This schedule is drafted considering all the aspects in mind and after lots of thinking. It will be changed/ modified after some weeks once that the player has achieved the purpose.

The time is of on court, they have to be on campus 15 mins prior and also cooling down.

After this or before coaching – fitness is must for 45 mins, even that is scheduled.
