Tuesday (Volleying)

First 10 Mins hitting G/S & Volleying from mini court

Next 20 Mins Volleying Drill

Next 20 Mins Mid Court G/S and approach net and volleying the ball
Last 15 Mins Points with Volleying specific

Wednesday (Drive Volley & Smash )
First 10 Mins Mini Court G/S & Volleying

Next 30 Mins Drive Volleying & aggressive tactic
Next 20 Mins Smash Practice

If time permits Doubles or Points Practice

Thursday (Serves& Return of Serves)

First 10 Mins Service & Return warm up

Next 40 Mins Service and Return of Serve Practice on Rotation basis of 6 players

Next 10 Mins Full court Singles Points Practice

Friday (Specific Stroke with Aggressiveness)
On Fridays there will be a specific Stroke taken by a coach and will be dealt with Technically e.g Groundstrokes, Voleys, Smash or Serves will be taken up in depth to correct. Also once in a month Cardio Tennis.

Saturday (Set Practice/ Team / Fun Games)
These practices will develop team spirit and bonding amongst players, they will learn to develop the spirit of accepting Victories and Defeats.

This schedule is drafted considering all the aspects in mind and after lots of thinking. It will be changed/ modified after some weeks once that group has achieved the Goal. The time is of on court, they have to be on campus 15 mins prior and also cooling down. After this or before coaching fitness is must for 45 mins, even that is scheduled.
