This program is only for dedicated parents and players who are passionate about tennis.
In this program only 18 players are selected. High intensity training is designed as follows:
A tailor made schedule is designed as per the level of their game.
On court special training is conducted – individual training, group training and match play.
Special fitness schedule is designed – yoga, core strengthening, strength building for flexibility and speed, stamina and endurance building.
Special on court footwork drills.
Mental training – one to one interaction to build up confidence and counselling is done.
Video analysis of trainees and professional players.
